Main Ingredients: Spagyrics of Turmeric, Cordyceps, & Saffron

“Asana” is the term for the postures taken in Yoga, and comes from a Sanskrit root word that means both “to sit” and also “to be present”. As one of Patanjali’s eight limbs of Yoga, along with practices such as meditation and life force control, Asana supports the health of the body, increases the life force, and facilitates meditative awareness.

One of Patanjali’s recommendations was the use of Turmeric in conjunction with Yoga Asana, as it is anti-inflammatory and opens the joints and deep tissues. Our Asana formula contains Turmeric, along with other Spagyrics to enliven the breath, clear the mind, and raise the energy.
