Suma

In Brazil, Suma is called “para todo”, meaning “for everything”, and its other name, “Brazilian Ginseng”, indicates its value as an adaptogen and overall tonic. Although not related to Ginseng, many of its uses are similar. It is used to increase energy, boost the immune system, regulate the hormonal system, balance blood sugar, and enhance vitality.
