Triphala

Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic combination, and is one of the most popular and widely used tonics in Ayurvedic medicine. It contains only three ingredients, Amla, Haritaki & Bibitaki, each balancing to one of the three Doshas, or constitutional types. Together, these “three fruits” create a gentle but effective nutritive tonic.

As a Spagyric Essence, Triphala is gently laxative and nourishing to the whole body.
